Our Values
We Value Jesus Christ:
We place the gospel at the center of all we do as a church; We aim to do everything biblically, and for the glory of God and the good of His people; And we believe that Jesus is the only way of salvation.
We Value Healthy Teaching:
We hold to Reformed Theology (aka, Calvinism, or the Doctrines of Grace); We practice expository preaching; And we focus on bible-centered programs (along with our fun activities!) in our children’s ministry that provide a solid grounding in God’s word.
We Value Mission:
We regularly evangelize as a church; We support missions work in our city and around the world; And we engage in mercy ministry by meeting the needs of those in our church, our community, and our city.
We Value People:
We strive to work out our corporate church life in ways that make WTBC welcoming for all Christians, regardless of theological tradition, age, socio-economic status, or race; And we seek to be people that show humility and grace in areas of non-essentials and preference.
